Rooted in the personal culinary journey of Chef Francisco Quintana and a tribute to his Denver heritage, the 30Forth Kitchen journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, his wife, Monica Ruiz, who is from Queretaro, Mexico, encouraged Francisco to leverage his culinary experience and offer chef-curated meals when many restaurants were unable to provide in-person dining. Due to the increased popularity of their high-quality offerings, the two eventually rented a commercial space, initially providing food through delivery apps and catering services.

30Forth Kitchen is a play on words that honors the East Side of Denver, representing 34th Avenue (or Bruce Randolph Avenue) where Quintana grew up, and the "Forth" symbolizing the desire for a new beginning. Our farm-to-table approach pays tribute to the community and culinary traditions we both grew up with while bringing "forth" a modern approach, utilizing fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients in our cuisine.

Today, the husband-and-wife duo offers award-winning catering services for private events, corporate functions, weddings, and more!
